<body> Puter Guy Jared <br> I'm a computer technician by day and night. I have a wonderful day job with Santa Maria Joint Union High School District in a 'Database Administrator' role. I have also worked for people on the side for more than 5 years now. I help people out with their computing needs about 3-4 days a week. (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings as well as some Saturdays.) <br><br> I live in Nipomo and ONLY serve Nipomo, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and the 5-Cities area of the Central Coast of California. I currently charge $40/hr for field support and $30/hr when I work on something in my home office. For areas outside of Nipomo, I may charge a nominal trip charge of $5-$10 since fuel has gone up quite a bit. That's better than changing my rates which I haven't done for nearly 3 years. Dropping things off works very good for your price as well as for me. I also have an incredible flat rate deal of reloading Windows with full data backup/restore for $90 when dropped off ($120 if backup exceeds 100 Gigabytes). I don't resell anything at a mark up. If there is a free product that will fulfill the need, I use that. Computers cost enough and people don't need any extra expense. <p>This web page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.
